At Mjus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a returns and refunds policy to ensure a smooth and convenient experience. Please review the following information regarding returns and refunds:

1. Return Eligibility:

- You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.
- If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, you are not eligible for a return or refund.

2. Product Condition:

- The product must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. If the item is returned damaged due to transport or wear, an additional fee will be deducted from the refund.
- It must be returned with the original box or packaging.
- If the product is not returned in the same box, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from the refund. 

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- Mjus will cover any additional shipping costs required to return the damaged or defective item.

4. Sizing or Preference Issues:

- If the reason for return is a sizing or preference issue (e.g., doesn't fit or not as expected), any additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
- A $10.00 restocking fee will be charged per item for returns related to sizing or preference issues.

5. Final Sale Items:

- Please note that any item that is on sale is FINAL SALE and does not qualify for a refund.
- If an item is listed at full price and a discount code of 20% or more is applied at check out, the order is considered final sale


6. Return Authorization:

- To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team at info@mjusshop.com.
- Please include your order# and your reason for your return/refund request in your original email.
- All returns and refunds must be authorized by Mjus before shipping the product back.
- If a product is returned without prior authorization, it will be declined upon arrival at our facility.

7. Return Process:

- Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

8. Refund Processing:

- Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
