Poor communication and delayed delivery

I ordered the shoes on May 25 and paid extra $35 for 2 day delivery. Shoe were delivered on June 17. I wrote 3 emails and no one responded.
This was a birthday present and your company ruined it. I would like my $35 dollars returned.
I purchased the shoes because my wife loves your shoes. Your company failed with customer delivery service and lack of communication.
